Job Description

Remote CT clinical educator delivering Siemens Healthineers imaging training. Traveling extensively to train healthcare staff on CT systems and workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical education on Siemens CT imaging systems and components through in-person, remote, and virtual training
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers and Clinical Education professionally while fostering customer excellence
  • Collaborate with modality team members to develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise
  • Support Education and Workforce Solutions deliverables, including Siemens FlexForce engagements
  • Prepare regulatory-approved documentation for end-user training
  • Create, revise, and maintain education materials and offerings
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Train technologists, physicians, physicists, and other staff to use Siemens equipment safely and effectively
  • Provide training for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing or remedial needs
  • Manage timecards, travel booking, expense reporting, vendor credentialing, in-service reports, and other administrative responsibilities
  • Independently manage time, priorities, projects, travel, and administrative responsibilities as a remote employee
  • Coordinate and facilitate training activities that improve clinical outcomes, patient care, workflow, and productivity
  • Maintain clinical and technical competency through continued education and Siemens training programs
  • Travel at least 95%, generally on weekdays, with two to four overnight stays per week

Requirements:

  • Valid ARRT Certification/Licensure in Computed Tomography — required
  • 3+ years of recent clinical CT scanning on contemporary Siemens CT equipment and software — required
  • Proficiency in routine CT imaging on contemporary Siemens CT systems — required
  • Must reside within one hour of the airport associated with the posted position — required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Reliable high-speed home internet access
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Full access to Siemens Healthineers client sites
  • Must meet applicable vendor credentialing requirements
  • Must work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
  • BA or BS — preferred
  • 5+ years of clinical CT scanning experience — preferred
  • Proficiency in Cardiac CT, Dual Energy CT, CT Intervention, Neuro Perfusion, Pediatric Imaging, and syngo.via post-processing — preferred
  • Teaching experience — preferred
