Job Description
Custom and OEM Sales Specialist driving revenue growth within Cytiva’s lab filtration portfolio. Achieving business objectives and developing new markets in life sciences and biotechnology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers by earning trust through expert guidance
- Deliver Cytiva Custom and OEM workflow solutions
- Position yourself as a strategic, long‑term advisor
- Achieve or exceed business objectives for the Discovery portfolio by developing new markets
- Deeply understand territory dynamics and key accounts
- Target high‑value segments, forecasting demand
- Introduce new products and differentiated workflow solutions aligned with organizational strategy
- Develop and execute territory business strategies while partnering with cross‑functional Cytiva colleagues to achieve and exceed revenue growth targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in the Life Sciences field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of successful commercial experience, including but not limited to sales, marketing, technical support, or field application roles within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries
- Ability to travel – 50% of time within assigned geographic assigned geographic territory
- Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong presentation skills, able to clearly communicate complex concepts and project details to diverse internal and customer audiences in a clear, compelling and influential manner
- Proficient in Excel, QlikSense, and CRM tools like Salesforce.com to manage sales funnel, analyze performance, and drive data‑based decision‑making.
