Job Description
Manager leading the Subscription & Custom Services Sales Specialists team at Adobe. Driving enterprise growth through strategic sales and customer engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute industry-aligned sales strategies to accelerate growth across subscription and professional services
- Drive predictable revenue through new business, account expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Own quota attainment, forecasting accuracy, and overall pipeline health
- Partner with enterprise sales leaders to influence complex transformation initiatives and long-term success strategies
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team focused on consultative, value-based selling
- Create an inclusive, accountable, and collaborative team culture centered on customer success
- Empower the team to exceed bookings targets and build long-term customer partnerships
- Build relationships with senior customer stakeholders to understand business goals and align solutions to outcomes
- Lead complex solutioning discussions, including custom SOWs, success plans, and enterprise service strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales lifecycle, ensuring alignment across business, delivery, and value realization
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to create seamless customer experiences
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and execution through CRM tools such as Dynamics
- Use data and performance metrics to identify trends and improve sales effectiveness
- Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies shaping digital experiences
- Travel for customer engagement, team development, and collaboration is expected (approximately 30%).
Requirements:
- Proven experience leading enterprise or professional services sales teams and exceeding growth targets
- Strength in consultative selling, solution strategy, and managing complex deal cycles
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior executives
- Experience hiring, coaching, and developing sales talent
- Customer-first approach supported by analytical and critical thinking
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, Delivery, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Curiosity for evolving technology trends and business challenges, including emerging AI opportunities
- Strong problem-solving skills to navigate customer and internal challenges
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and related service offerings is a plus.
