Job Description

Customer Account Manager managing small-account portfolios for Revolgy, a digital transformation provider. Overseeing full customer cycle, renewals, and vendor collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • You will own the small-account portfolio and support renewals across the full customer base.
  • Own the full customer cycle for accounts under 300 seats (Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Google Cloud, AWS): qualification, pricing, quoting, packaging, negotiation, closing, and renewal
  • Operate a tiered model - proactive engagement for top-tier accounts by revenue, risk, or upsell potential; automated, self-serve renewals for the long tail
  • Drive retention, satisfaction, and account growth; identify and action upsell and cross-sell opportunities using usage and satisfaction data
  • Act as the primary point of contact for these customers
  • Assist with end-to-end renewals across the entire customer base and all service lines, ensuring contract continuity and revenue stability
  • Use data analytics to flag renewal risks and growth opportunities ahead of contract dates
  • Partner with the Sales team and account owners on renewals for larger customers, providing pricing, paperwork, and vendor-policy support
  • Build productised, packaged offers with clear pricing across the customer base
  • Execute special pricing requests, ensuring alignment with vendor policies and margin integrity
  • Prepare and manage all commercial paperwork — quotes, order forms, and coordination of contracts, NDAs, and SOWs with the Contract & Compliance Specialist
  • Assist the Sales team with scoping, proposal preparation, pricing inputs, and qualification
  • Act as a commercial and technical bridge between Sales and delivery to ensure proposals are grounded in what we can actually deliver
  • Work directly with Google counterparts on resell - pricing, incentives, deal registration, and approvals - and with AWS and JumpCloud as needed.
  • Translate complex vendor licensing and pricing policies into clear, actionable advice for customers and the Sales team.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, renewals, or a commercial role where you owned customer outcomes independently
  • Comfort running the full commercial cycle - pricing, quoting, negotiating, closing - without needing someone to hold your hand through it
  • Experience working with high-volume account books and the ability to prioritise, tier, and automate so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Familiarity with vendor or partner resell environments - Google, AWS, or similar - or a strong ability to get up to speed quickly on licensing and pricing policy
  • Comfort in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
  • Excellent English, written and verbal.

Benefits:

  • Real Ownership From Day One — You will own a full account portfolio end-to-end, with the autonomy to decide how to prioritise, tier, and run it.
  • A Book of Business Already in Motion — You are not starting from zero. There is an existing portfolio, renewal pipeline, and vendor relationships ready for you to take hold of and grow.
  • Depth of Vendor Exposure — You will work directly with Google, AWS, and JumpCloud on pricing, incentives, and partner programmes — the kind of vendor-side experience that is genuinely hard to find elsewhere.
  • An AI-First Way of Working — We expect you to use AI to automate the repetitive and focus your energy on the work that actually moves the needle.
  • Room to Grow — The scope of this role expands with the business. Strong performance here opens doors to broader commercial ownership.
  • A Team That Moves Fast — We value initiative over process, delivery over perfection, and people who figure things out rather than wait to be told.
