Job Description

Customer Care Specialist providing phone support and troubleshooting for restaurant equipment. Handling inbound calls and tracking customer communications in CRM software.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound technical service calls and provide phone support for customers
  • Provide telephone support to external customers related to specialized restaurant equipment
  • Track customer communication and update information in CRM software
  • Assess customer’s needs and provide appropriate support and communication
  • Provide troubleshooting over the phone
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call reports
  • Cross train in other functions of the Call Center

Requirements:

  • 1+ years related experience and/or training in hands-on equipment repair and customer service
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bi-lingual speaking preferred (Spanish / English)
