Job Description
Customer Experience Specialist providing personalized travel planning support for clients. Emphasizing relationship-building and service excellence throughout the travel planning process.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with client to understand their travel preferences, budgets and needs
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel bookings
- Research travel options including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Present customized recommendations and service solutions
- Coordinate reservations and confirm booking details
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Resolve customer questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience preferred (retail, hospitality, call center, or service industries welcome)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable using online systems and booking platforms
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time independently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred (Not Required) Sales or client-facing experience
- Experience in hospitality, events, or travel services
- Entrepreneurial mindset
