Job Description
Inhouse Consultant for Infoma ERP providing financial software support and customer service. Engaging with users to improve their experience and resolve inquiries effectively.
Responsibilities:
- You are the first point of contact for users of our Infoma software modules in the area of financial accounting
- You analyze and classify customer inquiries and document the reports in the ticketing system
- You handle general customer inquiries and resolve them via remote diagnosis by providing guidance
- For more complex issues, you compile all relevant data and information and prepare them for the next support level
- You regularly make use of our training, development, and certification programs to continuously advance your skills
Requirements:
- You have vocational training or a degree in business administration, public administration, or tax-related studies — or equivalent practical experience
- You possess excellent communication skills and enjoy contributing as a team player
- You present yourself in a customer-oriented and friendly manner and have a strong service mindset
- You demonstrate attention to detail, commitment, and a willingness to learn new things
