Job Description

Customer Growth Specialist driving feature adoption and revenue growth at PropertyMe. Engaging existing clients, promoting products, and providing insights in the PropTech industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to existing clients
  • Proactively identify, engage, contact and call existing customers using a range of outreach methods
  • Surpass call and connect quotas each week
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers in your segmentation
  • Always be SELLING!
  • Ensure all account activities are captured in Salesforce CRM
  • Review customer feedback within your segment and work with your team to come up with ways to retain and engage your customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years account management experience, preferably within PropTech and/or SaaS
  • The ability to gain a deep understanding of PropertyMe’s products and services and become a product evangelist
  • Ability to readily adapt to competing demands and shifting priorities
