Job Description

Customer Manager driving commercial excellence and growth across key customer accounts for Clorox in Canada. Focus on account management, strategic planning, and customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Act with a general manager mindset, owning business planning cycles including MBRs, QBRs, and Joint Business Planning.
  • Support and execute long-term customer strategies aligned with Clorox priorities.
  • Leverage Net Revenue Management (NRM) principles to optimize trade investment and drive profitable growth.
  • Build strong, multi-level customer relationships through effective storytelling and engagement.
  • Apply a 360° omni-channel perspective to drive customer and shopper success.
  • Analyze performance data and post-promotion results to identify opportunities and improve outcomes.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts and scenario planning to support business decisions.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities using data-driven insights.
  • Execute promotional plans and trade programs with excellence and attention to detail.
  • Utilize systems and tools such as Exceedra, POS, Nielsen, and Numerator to manage performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Planning, Customer Experience, and Strategy teams.
  • Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders to drive efficient and effective execution.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in Consumer Packaged Goods
  • Experience managing key retail accounts including Metro Quebec, Jean Coutu, and Super C
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian retail landscape and category management principles
  • Proven ability to lead and influence across functions and with customers
  • Experience across multiple sales areas, including retail, account management, and sales planning
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actions
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales/analytics tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Bilingual in French and English.
