Job Description
Scientific Quotation Manager preparing medical-device testing proposals for Eurofins’ life sciences laboratories. Managing customer quotes, orders, CRM data, and cross-department resolution of operational issues.
Responsibilities:
- Elaborate, issue, and follow up on scientific quotations
- Maintain direct contact with intercompany customers
- Provide sales support in customer communications and commercial proposals
- Follow up on requests for quotation and sample management
- Manage sales lists
- Maintain master data and customer requests in the CRM
- Manage customer orders
- Coordinate with different business departments to resolve logistic and administrative issues
- Provide technical or commercial support to operative and commercial internal units in the Medical Device Market
Requirements:
- Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or another scientific field
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Good knowledge of information technology and software
- German or Spanish would be a plus
