Job Description
Customer Service Agent support customer inquiries and issues at Blueprint. Engaging community and fostering positive relationships while managing marketing and admin tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and brand philosophy.
- Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop a deep understanding of Blueprint Bryan Johnson's products, values, and mission to effectively communicate with customers.
- Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the company.
- Keep marketing timelines and tasks updated, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Organize and manage creative files, ensuring everything is easily accessible.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to keep up with a fast paced startup environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Blueprint Bryan Johnson
- 1+ year in admin, project coordination, or similar (marketing/creative experience a plus).
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Experience with Shipbob, Shopify and Gorgias
