Job Description

Customer Service Agent support customer inquiries and issues at Blueprint. Engaging community and fostering positive relationships while managing marketing and admin tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide exceptional assistance and guidance to customers regarding our products, services, and brand philosophy.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Blueprint Bryan Johnson's products, values, and mission to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Collect customer feedback and insights to contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the company.
  • Keep marketing timelines and tasks updated, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organize and manage creative files, ensuring everything is easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to keep up with a fast paced startup environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, and the mission of Blueprint Bryan Johnson
  • 1+ year in admin, project coordination, or similar (marketing/creative experience a plus).
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with Shipbob, Shopify and Gorgias
