Job Description

Marketing Designer creating static and motion paid social ads for Suno, an AI music entertainment platform. Owning performance creative production, testing, and scalable AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate Suno's brand identity and creative DNA into paid social creative across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
  • Own the branded creative pipeline, including concepting, producing, and iterating on static and motion assets
  • Build and maintain a creative roadmap covering what to make, test, advance, or discontinue
  • Partner with performance marketing to use data and channel feedback as creative inputs
  • Use AI tools to extend creative output and build processes and guardrails for on-brand AI-assisted work
  • Develop scalable workflows and production processes without diluting brand quality
  • Shape how new creators discover Suno through creative that often serves as their first impression
  • Potentially manage other creative contributors as the team grows

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in performance creative, paid social design, or growth-focused creative at a consumer tech, DTC, or growth-stage company
  • Strong static graphic design fundamentals and real motion/animation capability
  • Portfolio of paid social work in static and motion formats demonstrating craft and performance orientation
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Fluency in paid social creative hooks, formats, platform conventions, and meaningful iteration
  • Ability to internalize and extend a brand's visual identity without losing its distinctiveness
  • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted creative tools is nice to have
  • Background in music, entertainment, or creator-focused consumer products is nice to have
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior creative contributors is nice to have
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be based in the US and willing to work as a contractor 20–40 hours per week
