Job Description
Field Marketing Manager driving regional demand for Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity platform. Building campaigns, events, and partner programs across the north central United States to accelerate pipeline growth.
Responsibilities:
- Create quarterly marketing plans that generate demand and increase funnel velocity in the assigned territory
- Engage with sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives
- Research, design, and coordinate regional and partner events, including planning, logistics, content development, delivery, and post-event follow-up
- Develop a methodology to collect, share, field, and prioritize insights for the corporate marketing team
- Collaborate with top-tier channel partners to develop customer-base opportunity programs
- Evaluate and negotiate with vendors and project manage vendor relations
- Manage and balance assigned field and partner marketing budgets
- Evaluate results against goals and use learnings to drive improvement
- Communicate field-level insights to the broader marketing team to optimize messaging, programs, and tactics
- Collaborate with regional account teams, account executives, account representatives, and channel partners
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B field or partner marketing
- Ability to leverage marketing automation tools, project management software, and Salesforce
- Knowledge of the B2B marketplace, channel partner ecosystems, and field marketing methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to measure program effectiveness and extract actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with sales leaders and sales team members
- Deep understanding of the marketing/sales funnel and methods to achieve opportunity targets
- Experience working for a cloud services/security technology company with a mid-market focus is a plus
- Positive, high-energy, team-focused, collaborative attitude
- Background checks are required
- May require authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws and regulations
- Candidates interviewing remotely are expected to be on camera during all video interviews
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, English, or Communications
