Job Description
Listing Marketing Specialist creating polished marketing materials and social content for Fusion Growth Partners’ real estate agent partners. Managing listing campaigns, digital flyers, scheduling, and organized project records remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Create and produce Coming Soon, Just Listed, Just Sold, and Open House marketing pieces
- Create social media graphics and content for listing announcements
- Produce digital flyers for individual properties
- Post and schedule marketing content across platforms
- Maintain organized records and files for each listing campaign
- Communicate with internal team members to ensure materials are delivered on time and to standard
- Follow detailed, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures for every task
- Support real estate agent partners with professional listing marketing materials
Requirements:
- Strong English writing and communication skills
- Extremely detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools, CRMs, and design platforms
- Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to take ownership of work without micromanagement
- Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or real estate marketing
- Adobe InDesign proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong technological aptitude
- Sharp attention to detail
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High-speed internet required
- Desktop computer required; Intel Core i5 or above preferred
- Two monitor screens preferred
