Job Description
Field Marketing Manager leading industry events, executive activations, and partner marketing for RTB House’s AI-powered advertising platform. Connecting event investment to pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of RTB House participation in large-scale industry conferences and proprietary events
- Own regional field marketing strategy and annual event plan
- Design and manage bespoke hosted events for C-suite and VP-level prospects and clients
- Manage partner relationships for co-marketing event opportunities and collaborative speaking sessions
- Own end-to-end event strategy and accountability for program performance and investment outcomes
- Manage the regional field marketing budget and optimize spend for ROI and pipeline impact
- Track lead flow and provide post-event reporting connecting event activity to sales pipeline and closed-won revenue
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Global Marketing teams on consistent messaging and sales enablement
- Lead large-scale events projects and standardize event and partner marketing approaches across the region
Requirements:
- 4+ years in Field Marketing or Event Management
- Ad tech, SaaS, or advertising-adjacent experience is a plus
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, checklists, and Asana or similar tools
- Ability to see the big picture while maintaining close attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with senior leadership internally and externally
- Ability to command a room and handle high-pressure situations gracefully
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Experience with CRM tools and ROI dashboards for post-event success reporting
