Job Description

Marketing Manager für Fides’ KI-gestützte Corporate-Governance-Plattform. Steuerung von Performance- und Product-Marketing, Design, Content, Landingpages und Events für Legal Professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns on Google and LinkedIn
  • Monitoring budgets and campaign results
  • Developing product positioning and messaging for new products and features together with Product and Sales
  • Designing ads, graphics, presentations, and other marketing materials
  • Evolving the visual identity
  • Conceptualizing and optimizing landing pages and website content, including copy, visual design, and performance
  • Marketing for events and workshops, including promotion, participant acquisition, materials, and pre-/post-event communication
  • Conceptualizing and creating whitepapers and other subject-matter content with internal experts
  • Analyzing marketing activities and continuously optimizing through testing different ads, messages, and audiences
  • Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, COO, and the go-to-market team
  • Independently taking ownership of and prioritizing multiple marketing projects

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field
  • Ideally 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS, tech, or comparable environment
  • Hands-on experience setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
  • Design affinity and ability to produce marketing materials independently
  • Confident use of common design and image-editing tools such as Figma, Canva, or Adobe programs, or similar tools
  • Ability to quickly learn complex products, identify benefits, and develop clear messaging and marketing materials
  • Understanding of demanding professional target groups, particularly lawyers and legal professionals
  • Ability to present complex topics clearly and precisely
  • Ideally experience with whitepapers, guides, or similar long-form content formats
  • Analytical understanding of campaign data and deriving concrete improvements
  • Hands-on mentality for campaigns, landing pages, events, and presentations
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, and reliably drive multiple projects in parallel
  • Very good German and English skills
