Job Description

Customer Operations Analyst at Statflo supporting largest customers and collaborating with internal teams. Investigating technical issues, reporting, and aiding Strategic Accounts in Ontario.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and maintain deep knowledge of custom configurations for largest customers
  • Investigate technical customer issues and triage complex requests
  • Work closely with internal teams on new programs and updates
  • Identify trends and knowledge gaps for Strategic Accounts team
  • Pull and send advanced reports for select customers
  • Build and manage results dashboards for customer business reviews
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify customer trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Assist with configuration changes and backend updates for strategic accounts
  • Provide general support to Strategic Account Managers

Requirements:

  • Passionate about customer experience
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or data analyst role
  • Unmatched level of empathy and patience
  • Technical aptitude and ability to pick up new technology quickly
  • Problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously in fast-paced environments
  • Self-starter driven to deliver results and exceed expectations
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Working knowledge of APIs
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk or Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding of or experience with databases
  • Knowledge of scripting languages a plus
