Job Description
Remote French-speaking Customer Relation Manager for high-end Thai real estate portfolio. Act as a trusted advisor for investors navigating a foreign market.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, nurture, and expand a dedicated portfolio of French-speaking leads and existing investors.
- Act as the primary point of contact, providing expert guidance on market trends, local taxation, and investment opportunities in Thailand.
- Proactively identify and prospect new potential clients through targeted commercial strategies and networking.
- Orchestrate the entire client journey—from initial qualification and digital presentations to organizing physical or virtual viewings.
- Follow up on administrative files and legal frameworks to ensure a smooth 'handover' experience for the client.
- Maintain a rigorous CRM follow-up and provide regular activity reports to management to optimize conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Native or Fluent French is mandatory
- A professional level of English is required
- Degree in Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or Real Estate
- Proven track record in high-end Client Relations, Account Management, or Consultative Sales
- Exceptional communication, empathy, and the ability to build long-term trust in a remote/digital environment
- Basic understanding of real estate transactions and legal frameworks is a strong plus.
- Highly autonomous and results-oriented, with the discipline required for a remote freelance role.
