Job Description
Remote Customer Service Agent for AltaConnect providing support across phone, chat, and email channels. Responsible for handling inquiries and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely and professional support across phone, chat, and email channels
- Handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
- Build positive, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
- Maintain accurate records and adhering to client-specific processes and guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously develop your skills
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
- A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
