Job Description

Remote Customer Service Agent for AltaConnect providing support across phone, chat, and email channels. Responsible for handling inquiries and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely and professional support across phone, chat, and email channels
  • Handle customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally
  • Build positive, lasting relationships with customers on behalf of our clients
  • Maintain accurate records and adhering to client-specific processes and guidelines
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously develop your skills

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and a quiet workspace
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training
