Job Description
Intern in customer service at PP Pflege Panorama, advising clients in care situations. Work fully remote while gaining insights into business development and marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Support the customer service team in handling inquiries
- Assist in optimizing internal processes to improve customer satisfaction
- Support business development projects and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Current student or on a gap year
- Excellent German language skills
- Enjoy communicating and interacting with customers
- Structured and organized approach to work
