Job Description
Bilingual Customer Service Representative connecting with Spanish-speaking customers and providing stellar support. Working remotely to enhance customer experience and career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Data Entry to record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's policies and call guidelines.
- Other duties as requested
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Spanish
- You have a High School diploma or GED
- You know how to juggle multiple tasks at the same time
- You have good listening skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to read and follow instructions for specific customer resolution tasks
- Basic knowledge working with computers in a work environment
