Customer Service Representative handling incoming calls for a local company in Baltimore. Assisting with healthcare-related inquiries and customer issues with a reliable internet connection.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls from members and healthcare providers
  • Assist with benefits, claims, billing, and eligibility questions
  • Document interactions and resolve customer issues
  • Escalate complex cases as needed

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of phone-based customer service experience (non-retail)
  • Must live in Maryland (for equipment pickup)
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Strong customer service skills
