Job Description

Customer Service / Virtual Assistant providing exceptional customer support and administrative tasks in a remote environment. Join VirtueStaff's dedicated team to help clients effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with their account-related questions, issues, and order processing
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and maintaining accurate records
  • Document and track customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
  • Collaborate with team members to refine customer service processes and enhance overall client experience
  • Help with social media management and content updates when required
  • Provide feedback on customer service strategies and suggest improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and various digital communication tools
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus
