Job Description
Customer Success & Support Specialist at Ship.Cars delivering customer success and support for auto logistics. Managing client pipeline and conducting product demos from Sofia (remote)
Responsibilities:
- Help customers get the most out of our platform
- Manage and coordinate the client pipeline - schedule meetings and product demos
- Conduct product demos and support the sales team with retention activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and the product
- Start with a more basic role to learn the platform, then gradually take on more complex and exciting responsibilities
Requirements:
- Speak and write English fluently
- Have experience in customer support, customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Enjoy communicating with customers and solving problems
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Want to learn and grow in a SaaS/product environment
- Are open to working fixed US shifts (16:00 – 01:00 CET)
