Job Description
Customer Success Manager in SEO for a leading legal marketing agency focused on content, SEO, and technology. Responsible for client projects and ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Client management & project leadership
- You are the primary point of contact for our SEO clients
- Regular communication, gathering feedback, and coordinating schedules
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Coordination between Content, Tech, WebDev & Design
- Monitoring project timelines
- Follow-up, maintain structure, identify and resolve issues early
- Onboarding new SEO clients
- Preparing and conducting onboarding
- Setting up processes and explaining the workflow
- SEO execution (we'll teach you everything!)
- Briefing for SEO landing pages
- Monitoring rankings, traffic & keywords
- Identifying opportunities & potential (using our tools)
- Prepare and send monthly reports
- Conduct performance review meetings with clients
- Ensure all accounts run smoothly
Requirements:
- High reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Clear, professional communication
- Structured work style and good time management
- Enjoy working with clients and providing them with reassurance
- Willingness to implement tasks diligently and manage projects
- Willingness to learn SEO topics (we'll teach you everything)
- Some initial experience in SEO, project management, or customer support (nice-to-have)
