Job Description

Customer Success Manager in SEO for a leading legal marketing agency focused on content, SEO, and technology. Responsible for client projects and ensuring smooth communication and project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Client management & project leadership
  • You are the primary point of contact for our SEO clients
  • Regular communication, gathering feedback, and coordinating schedules
  • Ensure all tasks are completed on time
  • Coordination between Content, Tech, WebDev & Design
  • Monitoring project timelines
  • Follow-up, maintain structure, identify and resolve issues early
  • Onboarding new SEO clients
  • Preparing and conducting onboarding
  • Setting up processes and explaining the workflow
  • SEO execution (we'll teach you everything!)
  • Briefing for SEO landing pages
  • Monitoring rankings, traffic & keywords
  • Identifying opportunities & potential (using our tools)
  • Prepare and send monthly reports
  • Conduct performance review meetings with clients
  • Ensure all accounts run smoothly

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn SEO topics (we'll teach you everything)
