Job Description
Customer Success Manager enhancing customer adoption and retention across PMS solutions at Henry Schein. Leading strategic reviews and monitoring customer health for value realization.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer adoption, value realization, retention and growth across PMS solutions
- Lead strategic business reviews with customers
- Monitor customer health using dashboards
- Develop and maintain standardized digital success plans
- Capture customer sentiment through NPS and feedback loops
- Deliver digital-first education programs
- Promote best practice adoption
- Collaborate with Product teams
- Activate and scale customer advocacy
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Analyze Academy engagement trends
Requirements:
- Previous experience within Customer Success
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Collaborative, customer-centric mindset
- Experience with webinar or digital-education platforms
- Customer Success certifications preferred
- Healthcare or dental industry experience preferred
