Job Description
Customer Success Manager supporting educational products through advisory and sales solutions with a regional team. Focusing on customer onboarding and relationship management within the field of education.
Responsibilities:
- You're looking for an exciting challenge in sales
- As an educational advisor in sales for our continuing education products, you will be part of a motivated, 12-person team distributed across Germany
- Interface management: You act as the communication bridge between Sales, internal service delivery units, WBS locations and Product Management
- Customer support & onboarding: You assist prospects and customers with concrete project requests
- Suitability assessments & consultation: You carry out suitability assessments, prepare training proposals and provide individual, solution-oriented advice
- Process coordination & documentation: You coordinate the necessary steps in the proposal and project lifecycle
- Digital competence & service orientation: You use modern tools and systems and apply your digital skills to design processes efficiently and with a customer focus
- Relationship management: You maintain long-term relationships with our customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
Requirements:
- You have professional experience with a clear sales focus, e.g., in B2B sales
- Experience in new customer acquisition
- Experience advising corporate clients or working in an environment where you proactively presented solutions to companies
- Experience in adult education or personnel development is a plus but not required
- Confident user of MS Office and open to digital tools and new media
- Independent, structured working style with a high degree of personal responsibility and reliability
- German language skills at least at C2 level
