Job Description
Customer Success Specialist at Legit offering support to job seekers in crafting resumes and preparing for job offers. Communicating through various channels while working in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with users through written channels (chat, email, social media) on job search topics and product-related queries
- Create and improve resumes and cover letters
- Conduct LinkedIn profile audits and provide structured recommendations
- Upselling relevant services during communication with clients
- Research job openings and recruiters based on specific client requests
- Minimize the risk of negative feedback and chargebacks
- Work with CRM and internal team tools
Requirements:
- English level: advanced or higher
- Experience working with international clients via chat and email
- Strong communication skills: ability to handle client requests professionally and promptly
- Attention to detail and structured thinking
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Possibility to work from 3pm to 12am (Tue-Sat)
- Nice-to-have: Experience with CRM systems
- Nice-to-have: Experience in sales
- Nice-to-have: Genuine interest in career coaching and working with people
