Job Description

Customer Support Representative helping clinics with a SaaS practice management platform. Responsible for support, onboarding calls, and troubleshooting through various channels.

Responsibilities:

  • You'll lead demos, onboarding calls, and real-time support and troubleshooting across phone, chat, and video.
  • Tailor your communication to meet people where they are.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent support to our customers.

Requirements:
