Job Description
Customer Support Representative helping clinics with a SaaS practice management platform. Responsible for support, onboarding calls, and troubleshooting through various channels.
Responsibilities:
- You'll lead demos, onboarding calls, and real-time support and troubleshooting across phone, chat, and video.
- Tailor your communication to meet people where they are.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent support to our customers.
Requirements:
