Job Description

Customer Support Manager at cabuu, an innovative startup, providing support for educational software apps. Engaging with users to enhance their experience with our products while working in a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • You know the cabuu apps inside and out and respond to customer inquiries about issues and challenges related to app usage and the ordering and payment process
  • You respond to app reviews and manage our social media communities
  • You maintain our support database and produce support materials such as tutorial videos, FAQ web pages, etc.
  • You design and implement support automations and workflows, and elevate our CRM and online shop to the next level
  • You summarize collected feedback and work closely with Marketing & Development to develop proposals to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Experience in customer service or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Technical understanding and experience with Zendesk & Shopify or other CRM and e-commerce platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Team player with the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment
