Job Description
Customer Support Officer managing customer issues for Australia's largest online construction marketplace. Responsible for troubleshooting, communication, and support process improvement in a remote work setting.
Responsibilities:
- Managing customer issues from initial contact through to resolution
- Collecting, vetting, and prioritising reported problems
- Over-the-phone troubleshooting and user assistance
- Communicating system updates
- Contribute to building our support processes
Requirements:
- Must have 1-3 years experience
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Experience in IT Helpdesk and training/coaching for an enterprise software product
- Customer service and dealing with a wide variety of users
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with Jira or other workflow systems highly valued
- Ticket / call logging system experience highly valued
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
