Job Description

Customer Support Officer managing customer issues for Australia's largest online construction marketplace. Responsible for troubleshooting, communication, and support process improvement in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer issues from initial contact through to resolution
  • Collecting, vetting, and prioritising reported problems
  • Over-the-phone troubleshooting and user assistance
  • Communicating system updates
  • Contribute to building our support processes

Requirements:

  • Must have 1-3 years experience
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Experience in IT Helpdesk and training/coaching for an enterprise software product
  • Customer service and dealing with a wide variety of users
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, for dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with Jira or other workflow systems highly valued
  • Ticket / call logging system experience highly valued
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
