Job Description

US Healthcare Customer Care International Supervisor managing the contact center teams and ensuring quality service. Handling customer escalations and coaching staff for service excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and executes the day-to-day operations of the contact center teams
  • Analyzes production, quality, and cost information to identify challenges
  • Coaches administrative staff on call quality
  • Develops action plans and assists employees needing help
  • Handles escalated customer calls to improve satisfaction
  • Supervises operation to ensure proper customer experience

Requirements:

  • Experience managing customer relationships - Preferred
  • Experience supervising others - Preferred
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software - Preferred
