Job Description

Customer Support Operator handling inquiries via various channels for a fintech company. Providing information about financial products and resolving customer cases.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via various channels;
  • Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
  • Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
  • Maintain and update the company`s system.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English languages both written and verbal;
  • Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
  • Customer focus personality;
  • Great communication and analytical skills.
  • Trading industry experience will be considered an advantage.
