Job Description
Customer Support Operator handling inquiries via various channels for a fintech company. Providing information about financial products and resolving customer cases.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via various channels;
- Provide accurate information about the products of the company;
- Resolve cases in timely and professional manner;
- Maintain and update the company`s system.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages both written and verbal;
- Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
- Customer focus personality;
- Great communication and analytical skills.
- Trading industry experience will be considered an advantage.
