Job Description

Onepilot agent providing customer support by resolving issues through various channels. Handling inquiries via email, chat, or phone while working independently from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients' customers with their issues
  • Complete e-learning training
  • Access a knowledge base for each client
  • Use Onepilot technology to respond effectively to inquiries via email, chat, or phone
  • Work from home and get paid for each resolved ticket

Requirements:

  • Comfortable with new technologies
  • Problem-solving skills; curious and proactive
  • Enjoy written and verbal communication
  • Available at least 20 hours per week
