Job Description

Customer Value Manager optimizing customer engagement and success in transportation technology. Work with enterprise clients to enhance their use of the Transporeon platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities where additional solutions can solve customers pain points
  • Manage complex stakeholder communications across Logistics, IT, and Procurement departments to ensure operational excellence
  • Analyze adoption trends and customer feedback to proactively optimize the customer journey
  • Spearhead cross-departmental initiatives to lead change management and process improvements

Requirements:

  • Italian and French proficient/native with a mandatory fluent level of English
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in similar (customer success / customer value manager) roles or customer facing positions
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural talent for building influential relationships with senior stakeholders
