Job Description
Customer Value Manager optimizing customer engagement and success in transportation technology. Work with enterprise clients to enhance their use of the Transporeon platform.
Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities where additional solutions can solve customers pain points
- Manage complex stakeholder communications across Logistics, IT, and Procurement departments to ensure operational excellence
- Analyze adoption trends and customer feedback to proactively optimize the customer journey
- Spearhead cross-departmental initiatives to lead change management and process improvements
Requirements:
- Italian and French proficient/native with a mandatory fluent level of English
- At least 1-2 years of experience in similar (customer success / customer value manager) roles or customer facing positions
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and growth strategies
- Exceptional communication skills with a natural talent for building influential relationships with senior stakeholders
