Job Description

Data Measurement & Reporting Lead Analyst at The Cigna Group analyzing data and delivering actionable insights for clients and internal partners. Leading initiatives to drive innovation across products and systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end data analysis efforts including development, assessment, monitoring, and delivery of reporting solutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and deliver actionable insights that support decision making
  • Design, build, and maintain standard and custom reporting for clients, brokers, sales, and internal partners
  • Manage and prioritize reporting requests, ensuring clear communication, documentation, and timely delivery
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee testing, validation, and implementation of reporting solutions
  • Build deep knowledge across products, systems, and data sources to act as a trusted subject matter expert
  • Collaborate across teams in a matrixed environment to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
  • Experience working with relational databases and writing queries using tools such as SQL, SAS, or Excel
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and data mining skills, including root cause analysis
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present insights to varied audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience collaborating across teams and working in a matrixed organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) (preferred)
