Job Description
Account Installation Senior Analyst ensuring accurate, compliant onboarding and renewal documentation for Cigna clients. Managing VISTA installations and implementation support.
Responsibilities:
- Verify implementation documents for new, renewing, and canceled clients for completeness and compliance
- Coordinate with matrix partners during documentation review
- Initiate installation in VISTA
- Update the VISTA wizard based on account complexity
- Revise source documents as needed
- Participate in team meetings, forums, training, and Cigna University courses
- Provide support for projects and stretch assignments
- Meet or exceed departmental metrics and performance standards
- Support onboarding and renewal documentation for new business and renewals within the select segment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Cigna's processes, including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing and banking, preferred
- 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or client service required
- 2+ years of experience in project management or account management preferred
- Ability to work well with others, build solid relationships, negotiate, guide and keep your promises required
- Problem-solving ability and ability to use data to reach goals required
- Excellent technical skills, including working with spreadsheets, databases, and tracking systems required
- Experience with VISTA, ePRO, CIT and benefit summary systems preferred
- Ability to manage different priorities and deadlines quickly; work independently, take initiative, and find solutions required
- Strong communication and organizational skills to work with people at all levels and functions required
- If working at home, internet connection must be through cable broadband or fiber optic service with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
