Job Description
Power BI & Databricks ETL Engineer responsible for data pipelines and analytics solutions. Join Gainwell Technologies to enhance health and well-being through data insights.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks
- Ingest data from multiple sources
- Implement data transformation, cleansing, validation, and enrichment logic
- Optimize Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Design and develop Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Requirements:
- Six or more years of application, web and product design and support experience across the development life cycle
- Strong foundation in software and product design methodologies
- Expertise in application development policies and procedures
- Experience supporting Medicaid analytics or state healthcare programs
- Familiarity with enterprise BI integrations and governed analytics platforms
