Job Description
Dealer Sales Manager at Exeter Finance managing relationships and driving loan applications with dealer partners in the Long Beach area. Leading initiatives to enhance performance and training for dealership teams.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a diverse market to drive loan application volume and foster strong dealer partnerships
- Ensures consistent achievement of sales targets
- Leads training and development initiatives
- Conducts regular dealer visits to enhance engagement and ensure compliance
- Analyzes dealer performance data to identify growth opportunities
- Provides training and coaching to dealership teams
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve dealer issues
- Represents the company at dealer events and conferences
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree preferred
- 5+ years in auto finance operations
- 3+ years of successful sales experience, auto experience preferred
- Strong ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal skills to influence outcomes
- Must have a current valid driver’s license, with no major incidences on driving record in the past 5 years
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
