Job Description
Delegate Manager managing registration processes for pharmaceutical client events in the UK. Supporting planning and coordination of congress events remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain registration websites, electronic invitations and confirmations for each assigned event following specific Service Level Agreements and event project timelines and deadlines.
- Oversee all aspects of the website design, understanding system capabilities and reporting parameters to ensure data is captured for reporting
- Primary contact for client registration and reporting questions and primary Healthcare Professional (HCP) liaison and contact (pre, onsite and post event)
- Work within the applicable registration website technology to manage thresholds for arrival / departure parameters, room blocks, attendee changes, activities, data capture and reporting
- Prepare all relevant onsite print work, signage and documents including reports
- Manage day to day pharma compliance reporting requirements
Requirements:
- Proven delegate / attendee management expertise including but not limited to using registration tools
- Excellent attention to detail and experience in proofing copy
- Event project management knowledge
- Analytical thinking: ability to independently and through collaboration troubleshoot to achieve efficient and effective registrations processes
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Ability to react, think on your feet, offer solutions, work on multiple projects and timelines at once
- Ability to travel regularly in the UK and Overseas
