Job Description

Demand Generation Manager leading strategy and performance of integrated demand generation campaigns across diverse B2B clients. Blending strategic insight, technical expertise, and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the planning and execution of integrated demand gen campaigns across assigned client accounts
  • Build multi-touch campaign plans that connect messaging, content, targeting, and conversion mechanics into a cohesive program
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to campaign execution
  • Lead campaign strategy across key demand channels including email, landing pages, paid media, LinkedIn organic, webinars/events
  • Track campaign performance end-to-end, from traffic and conversion rates to lead quality, pipeline influence, and ROI

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign strategy for B2B organizations
  • Built full-funnel campaigns that include multiple channels, not just paid media
  • Fluent in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including segmentation, workflows, nurture strategy, reporting, and campaign setup
  • Understanding of paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting)
  • Organized, decisive, and able to lead campaign execution without constant oversight
