Job Description

Junior Media Buyer managing campaigns and scaling performance in a leading marketing agency. Remote work with a clear path for growth to Senior Media Buyer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns on at least one platform: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Taboola / Outbrain
  • Analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)
  • Identify scaling opportunities and implement them
  • Turnaround underperforming campaigns
  • Create, test, and upload creatives
  • Work closely with: Creative team (hooks, advertorials, landing pages), Tech team (tracking, pixels, S2S)
  • Support tracking setups (pixels, events, S2S)
  • Independently manage campaigns and budgets

Requirements:

  • Experience in performance marketing on at least one platform
  • Active management of campaigns with relevant budget (guideline: ~€1M ad spend experience — less may be acceptable with a strong skillset)
  • Demonstrable successes: optimized or turned around campaigns (turnaround), scaled campaigns
  • Deep understanding of numbers, KPIs and data-driven work
  • Experience with creatives (creation/testing/upload)
  • Basic understanding of tracking: pixels, events, S2S (server-to-server) and tracking technologies
  • Structured and independent working style
  • Team player
