Job Description
Conseiller marketing numérique virtuel formant entrepreneurs et étudiants congolais au SEO, aux réseaux sociaux et au commerce électronique. Cuso International soutient le développement inclusif et l’égalité des genres.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of students, entrepreneurs, and staff members to identify priority skills to develop in digital marketing and e-commerce
- Design practical training sessions and learning tools on digital marketing, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, and online sales
- Facilitate interactive workshops to strengthen participants’ knowledge and skills
- Support entrepreneurs in improving their online visibility, expanding their customer base, and using e-commerce platforms
- Share best practices and sustainable resources with the incubator team to support the entrepreneurs’ future development
- Contribute to the growth of the next generation of entrepreneurs in the Democratic Republic of the Congo
- Collaborate with the incubator team to strengthen entrepreneurs’ online presence and digital sales
Requirements:
- Open to Canadian citizens and Canadian permanent residents only
- French: Level 4 – Advanced
- Degree in marketing, communications, digital communications, business, e-commerce, management, or a related field
- Practical experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or digital campaign management
- Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, content creation, and online sales tools
- Experience in training, mentoring, or supporting entrepreneurs is an asset
- Provide two professional references
- Complete a language assessment during the preliminary telephone interview in the language required for the assignment
