Job Description
Marketing Manager für More Nutrition, Anbieter gesunder Sporternährungsprodukte. Entwicklung Schweizer Markenstrategie und Omnichannel-Kampagnen zur Skalierung der Marktpräsenz.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the brand strategy for More Nutrition in Switzerland
- Connect global brand guidelines with local consumer insights
- Define the marketing activation calendar and plan and execute omnichannel campaigns
- Help shape the local product portfolio based on the needs and potential of the Swiss market
- Brief and manage agencies to create brand-compliant, locally relevant assets in German and French
- Ensure campaigns are executed on time
- Track brand metrics such as awareness, equity, and engagement, as well as campaign KPIs, and use data for continuous optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand experience across D2C, pureplay, and point-of-sale channels
- Coordinate with local commercial teams to align marketing activities with market and sales objectives
- Drive local marketing initiatives and expand More Nutrition’s presence in the Swiss market
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of solid professional experience as a Brand Manager or Marketing Manager in the FMCG/consumer goods sector, preferably in food and beverage
- Proven experience managing or supporting one or more brands in Switzerland with revenues of at least CHF 50 million
- Extensive experience managing a D2C business and omnichannel campaigns, including mass media, influencer marketing, social media platforms such as TikTok and Meta, point of sale, and pureplay channels
- Strong hands-on mentality and excellent project management skills
- Strategic, creative, and data-driven mindset
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools
- Business-fluent German (Swiss German) and fluent French
- Proficiency in English for internal communication
