Job Description

Digital Marketing Analyst supporting eCommerce to improve customer experience and performance metrics. Collaborating with teams on insights and site optimization in Vernon, BC.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Digital Marketing/eCommerce team with improving digital customer experience.
  • Measure performance of digital efforts and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage projects from implementation to deployment with development teams.
  • Monitor deployment of tags and provide data auditing and quality assurance.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting metrics from multiple data sources.
  • Monitor site performance and identify friction points to improve conversion rates.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ proficiency with Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager implementation.
  • Experience creating or maintaining dashboards in Power BI and LookerStudio or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with A/B testing and heat-mapping user insight tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL.
  • Experience with customer segmentation and personalization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog management and ADO.
