Job Description
Digital Marketing Director driving innovative marketing strategies for the Armed Services YMCA. Leading digital campaigns and collaborations to strengthen military family outreach.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across social, email, web, and paid channels
- Develop and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion
- Leverage AI and emerging tools to increase efficiency, creativity, and performance
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns based on data insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally with fundraising, programs, and leadership teams
- Manage external partners and/or internal resources as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., social media, email, paid media, SEO/SEM)
- Experience using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms, marketing automation tools) to inform decision-making
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
