Job Description
Digital Marketing Intern supporting marketing initiatives at Transparent Hiring, focused on learning and hands-on experience in a remote environment. Collaboration with marketing lead and tasks ownership over a 6-month internship.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing and content initiatives
- Learn hands-on how digital marketing works in a real, fast-moving environment
- Work closely with marketing lead and founders
- Receive guidance and feedback
- Gradually take ownership of tasks
- Performance and fit evaluation after 6 months with potential for long-term role transition
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (C1) and Russian (C1)
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing
- Reliable execution and strong follow-through
- High attention to detail and consistency
- Clear written communication in English
- Bonus: experience with social media, content writing, or website content management (e.g., WordPress)
