Job Description
Digital Marketing Intern supporting the creation and promotion of content for Ascension's podcasts. Collaborating with production and marketing teams for a wide audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation and publishing of digital content across Ascension’s platforms, including podcasts, websites, email, and social media
- Assist marketers and producers in packaging content for different platforms, ensuring messaging and formatting are optimized for each channel
- Help coordinate content launches by tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables
- Draft and proofread basic marketing copy, such as descriptions, show notes, social captions, and email content
- Upload and organize content within content management systems and marketing tools
- Perform quality checks to ensure content is accurate, properly formatted, and published on schedule
- Collaborate with marketing team members to execute campaigns for podcasts and videos
- Assist with audience engagement efforts, such as monitoring comments, feedback, or performance metrics
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to content production and marketing workflows
- Learn and apply best practices for digital marketing, content distribution, and platform-specific strategies
Requirements:
- Are currently pursuing an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree.
- Have a strong desire to learn, grow, and make meaningful contributions.
- Bring excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrate a proactive, positive, and motivated attitude.
