Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager leading the digital strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands. Responsible for online marketing performance and executing localized marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the digital go-to-market strategy for Placetel AI in the Netherlands
- Responsible for the local website (content, structure, UX, conversion optimization)
- Plan, run and optimize digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, SEO, email)
- Localize messaging, value propositions and content for the Dutch market
- Drive improvements across the digital funnel, from first touch to lead or trial conversion
- Analyze traffic, lead quality, conversion rates and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with central teams (Product, UX/UI, Performance Marketing, Analytics) and external agencies
- Support local product launches, feature rollouts and GTM initiatives
- Ensure strong brand consistency while adapting to local market needs
- Work in a data-driven way, run experiments/tests and continuously optimize performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or the technology sector
- Strong all-round marketing skills (website, performance marketing, content, analytics)
- Hands-on mentality with a strong focus on execution
- Solid understanding of digital KPIs, conversion optimization and growth funnels
- Experience with CMS platforms, analytics tools and marketing automation
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of a local market
- Native-level Dutch
- Fluent English (German a plus)
- Comfortable working in an international, fast-growing SaaS environment
