Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist managing digital marketing campaigns focused on brand visibility across various platforms. Leading initiatives with creative strategies for higher engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Content Strategy – Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement messaging aligned with business and campaign goals.
- Ad Creative Input – Work with writers and designers to ensure copy, visuals, and strategy align with performance goals.
- AI-Enhanced Marketing – Use ChatGPT and similar tools to brainstorm ideas, generate variations, and streamline execution.
- Email & SMS Marketing – Manage campaigns through Klaviyo or Mailchimp, optimizing for engagement and conversions.
- Website SEO Promotion – Support SEO strategies by driving high-intent traffic and improving search visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting – Monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and deliver actionable insights.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – Coordinate with design, content, and project management teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with campaign ownership.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience with email and SMS marketing tools (Klaviyo or Mailchimp).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, targeting strategies, and campaign structure.
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or similar AI tools to boost efficiency and creativity.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills (short-form copywriting a plus).
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
